About Open Gardens Victoria

Open Gardens Victoria is a volunteer run, not-for-profit organisation that assists garden owners to open their private gardens to the public and also organises gardening and horticultural-themed events.

Our activities are funded by ticket sales, and each year a portion of our surplus is applied to grants through our Giving Program for horticultural projects in the fields of education, wellness, innovation, community and sustainability.

We are an established part of the gardening scene. In this changing world, no matter how large or small the space available to us, OGV is committed to engaging and encouraging our garden lovers of all ages to embrace gardening, as a valuable form of creative expression and sustenance within our culture.

We keep our community connected to gardens with informative content and ways to get involved all via our website, Instagram and Facebook pages.

We email monthly newsletters with all the latest garden openings and events. You can subscribe to our newsletter via the link below. Once subscribed you will receive upcoming newsletters via your email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
