We’re providing up to $10,000 to a current Horticulture or Garden Design student or an emerging designer with up to five years industry experience, to design and install our garden display at MIFGS in March 2026.

Submissions are now open for the Open Gardens Victoria 2026 MIFGS Student and Emerging Designers Grant, providing a current Horticulture or Garden Design student or an emerging designer with up to five years industry experience, the opportunity to design and install our garden display at MIFGS in March 2026.

We’re looking for a garden design that is practical, suitable for a small space, sustainable and packed with creativity, in line with Open Gardens Victoria’s aim to promote the enjoyment and benefits of gardens. More details and the application form are on our website.
