'The Nook' is an inspiring plant collector’s garden established over a number of years.
This charming cottage style garden has a wonderful range of plants with a diverse collection of perennials and roses. We last opened this garden in 2021.
As you enter you will see a group planting of three silver birches — this is the signature of the late Edna Walling, one of Australia's most influential landscape designers.
The Nook has a truly lovely atmosphere and will be in full autumn colour at the time of this opening.
Please note:
Some of the proceeds from this opening will be donated to .
The Nook is located on the lands of the Wurundjeri People. Open Gardens Victoria wishes to acknowledge the Traditional custodians of this land and we pay respect to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
